1)Unpack it in the "Games Folder".
2)Configure Video Plugins ('Pete's DX6 D3D Driver' is a nice one):
Choose your desktop's RESOLUTION. Use full screen mode (optional) and 32 bit color depth, improve texture quality and filtering if you have a good computer , CHECK "use fps limit", type a number for FPS limit (recommended: 60.0) , check alpha multipass and mask bit, done.
3)Configure Sound Plugins:
ePSXe SPU core is usually fine (recommended to check XA sound).If you use Eternal SPU plugin CHECK "wait for XA buffer is free, you may also raise fine tune if the game's sound effects are weak.
4)Finish configuration and run the .iso
