I did everything he stated in the original post.
1)Install F.E.A.R.
2)Install FEAR_MMSetup.exe
3)Install fear_update_en_100-107_108.exe
4)RapidSuck's link is down and noone has update so look at the bottom of this post, maybe youll get lucky.

And yes I can play it all I want now. It doesnt even open the 60 min screen.

type in F.E.A.R FEAR in box and hit the scroll down bar till you get to gamecopyworld and search it. They've got exe patches for every version of fear ever released. All I did was go down the list starting at 1.08 and try them one by one.

Just tried it, got to the menu screen with no problems. Seems to work fine.

You can skip the first link here, and just get the crack and it should work.
